What information we collect
When you request a quote, make a booking, contact us or create an account, we may collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- The address and details of the property the service relates to
- Booking details such as dates, selected services and special instructions
- Payment confirmation details (card payments are processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card number)

How we use your information
- To provide quotes and deliver the services you book
- To send booking confirmations, receipts and service-related updates
- To respond to enquiries
- To keep records we are legally required to hold (for example invoicing records)
- With your consent, to send occasional service updates or offers — you can unsubscribe at any time
We rely on the following lawful bases under UK GDPR: performance of a contract (delivering services you book), legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and running our business), legal obligation (accounting records) and consent (marketing).
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with the service providers needed to run our business:
- Base44 — website hosting and booking platform
- Wix Payments — secure card payment processing
- Postmark — sending booking confirmations and transactional emails
- Google Workspace — business email
- Mailchimp — marketing emails, only where you have opted in
- Our vetted clerks, engineers and contractors — only the details needed to carry out your booking
We never sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Booking and invoicing records are kept for six years to meet legal and accounting requirements. Enquiry records that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to two years. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe.
